Design optimisation for D and Q size standard and ATEX reciprocating compressors

The new redesign of the D and Q compressors is the result of the work of our most experienced engineering team in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Our desire to improve our products and ensure the right amount of modernity, quietness and efficiency led us to effectively design the new standard and ATEX series reciprocating compressor body for D and Q sizes.

What are the main features of the D size reciprocating compressor?
OPTIMIZED LUBRICATION AND MORE EFFICIENT SYSTEM with less oil charge thanks to the 5 mm lowering of the oil sight glass;

1. EASY MAINTENANCE with more identifiable and reachablepressure ports on the same side of the body;
2. INCREASED FLEXIBILITY OF USE obtained by the placement of the liquid injection port, which can be ordered as an optional compressor accessory, next to the suction tap;
3. VIBRATIONS REDUCED thanks to the new internal geometry of the compressor body;
4. IMPROVED PERFORMANCE FOR YOUR PLANTthanks to the redesign of the body.

Which are the main features of the Q reciprocating compressor?

1. OPTIMIZED LUBRICATION AND MORE EFFICIENT SYSTEM with less oil charge thanks to the 12 mm lowering of the oil sight glass;
2. IMPROVED PERFORMANCE FOR YOUR PLANT thanks to the redesign of the body;
3. EXTENSION OF APPLICATION RANGES thanks to the introduction of models with displacements of 36 and 39 m³/h.

2. Vücudun aynı tarafında bulunan daha belirgin ve erişilebilir basınç portları ile KOLAY BAKIM;

3. Opsiyonel bir kompresör aksesuarı olarak sipariş edilebilen sıvı enjeksiyon portunun emiş musluğunun yanına yerleştirilmesiyle elde edilen ARTIRILMIŞ KULLANIM ESNEKLİĞİ;
